This explains what dumub, operated by [LEGAL ENTITY], collects about you and what it does with it. It’s written to match how the product actually works, not to pad.
When you sign in with Google, we receive your email address and name from Google and store them as your account. We keep your token balance and the history of grants and spends, the brands and markets you research, and the reports you run. If you buy a plan, our payment processor gives us a customer reference and your plan status — we never see or store your card number.
To run a report, dumub fetches public comments, posts, and press about the subject you chose, from public platforms, and processes them into the report. This is public material; we don’t collect private messages or anything behind a login.
We don’t sell your data. We don’t show you ads or let anyone pay to influence a report. We don’t build advertising profiles of you or of the people whose public comments appear in a report.
Only the services that make the product run: our payment processor (Stripe) for plans, and the scraping, language, and AI providers that fetch and analyse the public conversation a report is built from. Each gets only what it needs for its part. We may disclose information if the law requires it.
dumub uses a small number of strictly-necessary cookies: a session cookie that keeps you signed in, and short-lived cookies used only during the Google sign-in exchange. No advertising or third-party tracking cookies.
We keep your account and reports for as long as your account is active. You can ask us to delete your account and its data, and we will, except for records we’re required to keep (for example, payment records for tax and accounting). Ask at [CONTACT EMAIL].
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to see the personal data we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted. Contact us at [CONTACT EMAIL] and we’ll help.
If we change this policy, we’ll post the new version here and update the date above.
