These terms cover your use of dumub, a research tool operated by [LEGAL ENTITY] (“dumub”, “we”). By creating an account or running a report, you agree to them. If you don’t, don’t use the service.
dumub reads public online conversation about a brand, product, or topic you choose — comments, posts, and press across public platforms — and returns a report: a synthesis, per-source deep dives, and the scored, translated comments behind them. It is research you build on, not advice. We don’t guarantee any particular finding, and you’re responsible for what you do with the output.
You sign in with Google. You’re responsible for your account and for anything done under it. Keep your access secure. One person or team per account; don’t share credentials with people who shouldn’t have them.
Reports are paid for in tokens. Tokens arrive with an invite code or a plan. Searching a brand, the estimate, and the sample report are free. A run spends tokens when you approve it; the exact cost is shown before you pay. Plans are billed through Stripe; a plan starts a trial and the first charge lands when the trial ends, after which it renews monthly until cancelled. Prices are in US dollars.
If a source can’t be read, its tokens return to your wallet automatically, and if a whole run fails you’re made whole — that automatic return is the refund mechanism. Beyond that, token purchases and plan charges are non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise. Cancel a plan any time; a cancelled balance stays spendable for 30 days, then expires.
Don’t use dumub to break the law, to harass or surveil a private individual, to try to break, overload, or reverse-engineer the service, or to resell raw access to it. dumub reads public conversation; you agree not to use it to target or profile people in ways that would be unlawful.
The report a run produces is yours to use, including in your own work and deliverables. The underlying comments belong to the people who wrote them and the platforms they’re on; dumub gives you a processed read of public material, and you’re responsible for using quotes and data in line with those platforms’ terms and applicable law.
dumub is offered as-is, without warranty. We may change, suspend, or withdraw features, and we may update these terms; material changes will be posted here. Continued use after a change means you accept it.
To the extent the law allows, dumub isn’t liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the three months before it arose. Nothing here limits liability that can’t be limited by law.
These terms are governed by the laws of [JURISDICTION], and any dispute is subject to its courts. Questions: [CONTACT EMAIL].
